For some reason Yahoo and GMail can sometimes think that an email sent from me is SPAM. Is there any way to prevent them from thinking this?

It's generally content related. You aren't telling people they have won the lottery or you are a lawyer for the estate of the late Emperor Fionn MacCool, are you?
I have found in gmail if some marks one of your emails as spam it can have a very quick effect across the network. Marking a few as not spam solve's it fairly quicly though. Don't know about yahoo.
